Something went BUMP!
How that bump made us jump!
We looked!
Then we saw him step in on the mat!
We looked!
And we saw him!
"Right here in my hat
On the top of my head!
It is good that I have him
Here with me today.
He helps me a lot.
This is Little Cat A."
They said, "How do you do?
Would you like to shake hands
With Thing one and Thing Two?"
Oh how we laugh at those Cats in their hats. Dr. Seuss books especially the two cat ones are absolute favourites in our house. The way they are written with such a cheeky and sometimes naughty abandonment of reality, so appealing to little imaginations.
The look on ‘Thing 2’s’ face is priceless. The costumes are so good, I had a feeling something Seussy was going to happen with all those gloves and feathers. I hope they had a great day. Also, the blue hair on Bean, awesome :).
Thanks they had a ball. I was so sure that she would pull the hair off straight away but she kept it on for most of the day, I think she enjoyed having hair for the first time.
I think she liked all the attention she was getting with it 🙂
Oh no are we teaching her bad habits, dress up plaster on the make up and you get all the attention.
Wow, Sarah! Such fabulous costumes! You are so talented.
