I’ve got to admit this one was not easily answered. I don’t really have any feelings of attachment to this place yet. I don’t feel like I have made this house my cave or left my mark on it, probably because it’s taken soooo long to remove all the marks that were already here. I have done a quick walkabout searching for a spot that induced the sort after warm fuzzies and I can honestly say that I could not locate one paint pealing plaster coated nook or cranny that I think of more favourably than any other.
That was until right now, after the last feed of the night when I tip toed up our raggedy passage way to tuck Sabi into bed. I laid her down, unhooked her arms from mine and as I withdrew from her baby embrace I was overcome with just how beautiful this spot really is. I think it might be my favourite.

Awww…I have quite the weakness for sleeping little ones. So sweet. And, I feel the same way about our house right now. Hopefully when we peel back the layers of others’ lives and then put a fresh coat of our own, I’ll finally feel like it’s home.
A favourite place must always be where a favourite one is … especially a little one. Great choice … and what a sweet little angel.

Ooh a sleeping baby… I can relate to that I have 16month old.

Ahhhhhhhhh total perfection – couldn’t you just stand there for hours? Gorgeous 😉
Definitely warm fuzziness…
It was a toss-up for me between the place I picked and my daughter’s nursery. I love what that room symbolises and it makes me smile even when Lily isn’t in there.
