…you must first wash it. If any of you Mums or Dads out there are looking for ways of entertaining bored little ankle biters this is it. It has go to be one of the cheapest and most productive ways I’ve found yet to keep a child occupied. All you need is one filthy dirty shed (but any wall would do) a bucket of soapy water,a brush of some description, a hot day and wallah, hours of entertainment. I really don’t know why I’ve been doing all the cleaning around here. From now on Lilly is head destroyer of dirt, that girl is dynamite.
Reminds me of hot summer afternoons in the backyard as a child (and possibly a teenager) armed with a paintbrush and a mug of water, painting my designs on the wooden fence and concrete slab and watching them sizzle and fade in the heat.
